As Swami Vivekananda, appalled by the prevailing social injustice and lack of social capital development, wrote a century back: “So long as the millions live in hunger and ignorance, I hold every person a traitor who, having been educated at their expense, pays not the least heed to them!”, Centre for Social Change and Development (CSCD) is keen on developing the hidden potential of individuals and collectively, their communities. CSCD aims at addressing the knowledge gap by imparting education through digital media. This is expected to help and empower individuals, and in a wider sense, their community, to build up on their strengths, using local resources and human capital, in an effort dream bigger and reach their potential.
